Our Experience

About Us

Our attorneys are focused on these areas of law, and they understand the unique issues affecting tribal citizens, private property owners, and immigrants. The legal issues that these groups of people face depend on specific sets of laws, often in addition to Oklahoma state law. Whether it is federal law, a tribal constitution, or the process of eminent domain, our attorneys are well versed on these topics and ready to defend your rights against sometimes seemingly insurmountable odds.

The American legal system is special. We are dedicated to preserving the things that make the American legal system the best legal system in the world. That means we ensure the Oklahoman that owns his own property stands on equal footing when the government wants his private property for a public project in eminent domain. That means we ensure the Native American has the rights afforded to him by his tribe's constitution. That means we ensure that people immigrating into this country are treated with the respect they deserve.  will handle with care and professionalism. Contact us today.

After retiring from the US Army in 2009, Mr. Farmer, never one to rest on his laurels, decided to pursue a second career as an advocate. Earning his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies under the GI Bill at the University of Maryland, Mr. Farmer went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Concord Law School in 2013, becoming a member of the California State Bar in 2015. Since that time, Mr. Farmer has been defending the rights of those who find themselves at a disadvantage when faced with legal issues.
